• The refundable amount requested is greater than ₹10,000 (INR).
• The request is made by the original purchaser and supported by proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
• Any product returns or service cancellations comply with the specific terms associated with that purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email care@enginow.in with your order number, purchase date, payment method, amount, and a clear reason for the request.
2. Attach supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, correspondence).
3. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and begin our review.

Review & Processing

• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
• Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate (for example, prorated subscription refunds).

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

• Purchases with a refundable amount equal to or less than ₹10,000 (INR) are not eligible under this policy.
• Certain digital products, subscriptions, or services may have additional non-refundable terms — these will be disclosed at purchase.
• Refund eligibility may be affected by third-party vendor policies or payment processor limitations.
