Job description

Lead Enginow's social strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram). Create engaging content, run paid campaigns, analyze performance, and grow community to drive hiring and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategy
• Create content calendars, write posts, and produce short-form videos
• Manage paid social campaigns and optimize for ROI
• Track metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports and iterate on tactics
• Collaborate with design, growth and hiring teams to amplify content
